Message from our CEO

I took over as Chief Executive of the world's most respected professional recruitment consultancy in March 2006 - a proud day for me, not just because of the title, but because it was Michael Page.

Like most of our senior management team, I started as a recruitment consultant. When I joined Michael Page 21 years ago, our profit was less than £1 million. It was £149 million in 2007.

Many things have changed but our recipe for success remains a constant: an organic growth strategy, both by geography and discipline, a meritocracy that champions profit share and promotion from within.

To counter uncertainties surrounding the global economy, our strategy is geared for the long term. With a world renowned and fully integrated brand, highly trained and motivated consultants and a comprehensive candidate database, the future has never looked better.
